M.I.S.P.E. Econometrics LAB - Measuring the Impacts of Social Protection Expenditure in Europe

Under the coordination of the Greek Ministry of Finance and in partnership with Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, this project foresees the launch of an European-based pilot action which will develop an econometric model, within the Greek context, capable of producing accurate simulations on the impacts of different scenarios.

In the detail, the foreseen activities aim at: testing this econometric model and extending it to the other European countries; exchanging good practices and lesson learnt from the implementation of the pilot action and assessing the impact of alternative policy strategies on the key well-being indicators. Along the project, transnational workshops, peer reviews and a final conference that will be held in Bruxelles with a broad range of actors and stakeholders are scheduled.
